What each tier does.
Everyone starts on the regular tier. The two riskiest acts on a professional services inbox, filing something out of sight and sending under your name, are exactly the acts that can cost you a client or a deadline. So they sit behind a gate, not on by default.
Reads, drafts, tags
- ✓Reads whole threads, your calendar and connected tools
- ✓Drafts replies in your voice, draft-only
- ✓Flags what needs a reply, with a reason
- ✓Tags and labels email, nothing leaves the inbox
- ✕Never files, archives or moves email
- ✕Never sends or replies under your name
Everything regular, plus files and sends
- ✓Everything the regular EA does
- ✓Files your processed mail, archiving and organising to your inbox-zero or triage choice
- ✓Sends routine replies for you, only if you switch sending on
- ✓Unlocks one category at a time, never in bulk
- ✓Clients and protected senders always held back
- ✓Every file and send logged, and filing moves rather than deletes, so anything is reversible
How VIP stays safe.
Four rules are always on at the VIP tier. They are what let you hand over the risky acts without handing over control.
You unlock it when you trust it.
There is no separate install and no switch to flip today. VIP unlocks through use. As you keep approving your EA's drafts in a category without changes, it will suggest graduating that category, letting it file your processed mail there and, if you have switched sending on, send routine replies for you. You say yes or no, one category at a time.
Ask your EA, or re-run setup.
Tell your EA "I'm ready to let you file the newsletters" or "you can send the meeting-confirmation replies from now on", and it walks you through graduating that one category. Or re-run the setup command any time to review what is graduated and what is still draft-only.
