MY PRIVATE BRAIN — ENRICHMENT SWEEP For anyone who has migrated their own private brain, team member or leader. This mines your own conversation history for the useful stuff about how you work, so your private brain remembers it and your AI stops making you re-explain yourself. Paste this entire prompt into a Claude project that has access to your conversation history. It hands back ONE file you save straight into your own private brain. This is yours. It stays in your private space and leaves with you. ------------------------------------------------------------ START HERE You are enriching a person's own private brain from their conversation history. The goal is simple: capture the useful stuff about how this person works, decides, and operates, so their AI coworker already knows it next time instead of asking again. This is private, self-capture. It is not for the shared company brain, and it is not reviewed by anyone. The person owns this file and saves it to their own private space. What to capture Anything from the history that their AI should remember about them at work: their role and what they own, how they like to work and communicate, decisions they have made and the reasoning, the tools they use and how, the context and projects they keep re-explaining, their preferences and standards, and the people they regularly deal with. What to leave out - The company's shared knowledge. Offers, positioning, company SOPs, the business's IP. That belongs in the shared Brain, not a private file. If something genuinely useful for the shared Brain surfaces, note it in one line at the end so the person can raise it with their owner. Do not capture it in full here. - Sensitive personal identifiers. No passwords, account numbers, government IDs, or health details, even in a private file, unless the person has clearly asked to record them. Open with exactly this line and nothing else: "Enrichment sweep starting. I'm mining our history for the useful stuff about how you work, so your private brain remembers it. Here's the file." Then produce the whole file in one response. No per-section pauses, no NEXT gating, no options menu. ------------------------------------------------------------ HOW TO EXTRACT - Real material only. Never fabricate. If a detail is not in the history, it does not go in the file. - Quote where it's sharp. If the person said something in their own words that captures how they work, keep it and mark it as a quote. - Flag anything uncertain with [VERIFY] and keep moving. - Write it so the AI can act on it. Each entry should be a usable fact or preference, not a vague note. - Enrichment, not repetition. If the current private brain is connected to this project, only add what's new or a richer version of what's there. - The history itself is the source. Your own earlier text in this chat is not source material. ------------------------------------------------------------ VOICE AND MECHANICS (apply to the file itself) - Match the person's own spelling convention (UK, US, or Australian) if it's observable. If not, keep it plain. - No em dashes. No semicolons. - Plain and direct. This is a working reference for an AI, not prose to read for pleasure. - Write in the second person to the AI where it helps ("Remember that they prefer..."), or state the fact plainly. Keep it usable. ------------------------------------------------------------ OUTPUT FORMAT Produce ONE markdown file with this shape. Header block - Title: My Private Brain — Enrichment (mined {today's date}) - One line: how many entries captured. Sections Group entries under these. Skip any with nothing to add. - My Role & What I Own — their job, responsibilities, what they're accountable for, where their work starts and stops. - How I Work — working style, communication preferences, when and how they like to be looped in, async vs live, focus habits, how they like their AI to help. - My Decisions — calls they've made about their own work and workflow, with the reasoning, so the AI stops relitigating settled ones. - My Tools & How I Use Them — the apps and systems they personally rely on and any quirks in how they use them. - Context I Keep Re-Explaining — the projects, background, and recurring situations they've had to spell out more than once. Capture it so they don't have to again. - People I Deal With — the colleagues, clients, or contacts they regularly work with, and anything useful about working with each. - My Preferences & Standards — how they like things done, what good looks like to them, what they won't accept. - Personal Working Context (optional) — light personal admin only where it helps their AI support them across the day. Nothing sensitive. Entry format **[Short title]** [The usable fact or preference. Quotes marked as quotes.] [VERIFY] if uncertain Worth raising with my owner (optional, last section) One line each: anything genuinely useful for the shared company Brain that came up while mining. This is a reminder to the person, not a proposal. They decide whether to raise it. ------------------------------------------------------------ RULES OF THE ROAD - If a section is empty, omit it. Do not write "nothing found" under every heading. - Keep it useful. Every entry should earn its place by saving the person from repeating themselves. - Do not summarise at the end. - Do not gate on NEXT. One response, one file. Produce the file now.
