Voice Profile
What you talk about: your positions, your point of view, the things that are and aren't acceptable coming from you. Upgraded from your v1 and your last month or two of writing. Every writer works to it.
Style Guide
How you write: your verbs, your rhythm, the phrases that are yours, plus the words we'll avoid so it never reads as AI, checked with you so it never strips out words you actually use. A refined one or two pages, the upgrade of your Write-Like-Me.
Examples Library
Your gold-standard writing, newsletters and videos in one folder: here's what we learned from you, here's the benchmark. Easy to share with your team, and every writer reads it.
1.Gather your writing samples
Tick these off as you find them. Eight to twenty pieces is plenty, and none of it is compulsory.
Paste this into a Cowork task inside your Brain. It hands you a question. Hold the microphone button down and answer it out loud.
Works before you install anything.
Drag the whole lot into your _Unsorted folder.
No sorting, no naming, no tidying. No _Unsorted folder yet? It makes you one.
Would rather not? Paste them into the chat when you run it and they get saved for you. The folder is better: you do it once, and the rest of your Brain can use them too.
Your voice profile and anti-AI words list came with your AI Business Brain. Content Studio reads them straight out and upgrades them. No Brain yet? Say so and it captures the basics as it goes.
Writing that is not yours is the one thing that spoils a voice profile. Skip anything ghost-written, anything an AI drafted, and proposals, tenders or legal documents written to a template.
2.Install the Content Studio plugin
Download the plugin file. In Cowork, go to Customize → Plugins → Add → Upload Plugin and pick the file. Or press the install button on the plugin preview if it was shared with you in chat.
There is no connector to set up. Content Studio runs on its own, and it brings the whole writing team with it.
Get the plugin → Claude's plugin help →3.Start a task on Opus 4.8
Open a new task in Cowork, set to Opus 4.8 on High effort. If you have an AI Business Brain project, start the task inside it, so your voice saves into your Brain and everything else can read it.
4.Capture your voice
Type /, start typing content-studio, pick it from the list, then send. Type it, do not paste it, a pasted command often will not register.
It reads your _Unsorted folder and your Brain, then builds your Voice Profile, Style Guide and anti-AI words with you. When it shows you the words to avoid, cross off any that are actually yours.
5.Write your first post
Name the channel and the topic. Same move: type /, pick post-writer from the list, then type the rest on the same line.
Meet your other three co-workers below.
6.Optional · sharpen it over time
Your voice sharpens with use. If a draft is not quite you, drop more of your writing into your _Unsorted folder and run a Voice Tune-Up. Skip this for now, your voice is already captured. Come back whenever a draft misses.
OptionalMeet your four writing co-workers.
All four read your Voice Profile, so your posts, your emails and your scripts sound like the one person. No new tools, no login.
/ and start typing their name, pick them from the list, then type what you want on the same line. So /post-writer then write me a LinkedIn post about pricing. Plain English works too, but the slash is surer: it guarantees you get the writer rather than generic Claude.Click any command below to copy it. One catch: a pasted
/command often will not wake the picker up. If it just sits there as plain text, retype the / and the first few letters, pick the name from the list, and paste or type the rest after it.The account owner enables it once for everyone.
On a personal Claude plan you can install plugins yourself, so carry on. On a Team or Enterprise plan, members cannot install on their own. The owner enables the plugin for the organisation first, then members refresh. If your install button is greyed out, this is almost always why. The owner goes to Settings or Customize, finds the organisation plugins, and enables Content Studio for the team. Claude's help docs keep the exact steps →
What to expect.
- ·A short conversation, not a form. Pause and resume any time.
- ·It never invents. It builds only from real samples, and flags anything it is unsure is yours.
- ·It checks the anti-AI list with you before banning a word.
- ·One capture, four co-workers. Posts, emails and scripts all sound like you.
